1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BiNotePads, available at binotepads.com. By visiting, browsing, creating an account, writing notes, using text tools, exporting content or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use BiNotePads. These Terms apply to all users, including guest users, registered users and visitors who only browse public pages.

2. About the Service

BiNotePads provides a free online notepad and browser-based writing tools for everyday text tasks. Features may include guest notes, autosave, formatting, search, tags, account-based note sync, Text to PDF, Word Counter, Case Converter, Text Cleaner, Smart Summarizer and other writing utilities.

The service is designed for quick notes, drafts, checklists, study material, meeting notes, article outlines, text cleanup and similar general writing tasks. BiNotePads is not intended to replace a full office suite, legal archive, medical record system, banking tool, password manager or encrypted vault.

3. Guest Mode and Accounts

You may use some features of BiNotePads without creating an account. Guest notes may be stored in your browser storage on the same device. Guest mode is intended for quick writing and local convenience, but it is not a guaranteed permanent storage system.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate account information. You should use a strong password and avoid sharing your account access with others.

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, attack the website, misuse tools, violate applicable law or create risk for other users or the website.

4. Your Notes and User Content

You keep ownership of the notes, text and other content you create or enter into BiNotePads. By using the service, you give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide the notepad, account sync, export, sharing and related website features.

You are responsible for the content you write, paste, save, export, publish or share through BiNotePads. Do not use the website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, violent, exploitative, spammy or privacy-violating content.

You should not store passwords, banking credentials, private keys, seed phrases, government identification numbers, identity documents, medical records, confidential business secrets or highly sensitive personal information in a normal online notepad. For sensitive records, use a dedicated encrypted password manager or secure storage service designed for that purpose.

5. Autosave, Sync and Backups

Autosave, browser storage and account sync are convenience features. They are not a guaranteed backup system. Notes may be lost because of browser settings, device problems, storage clearing, account issues, technical errors, database problems, user deletion, hosting issues or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for exporting, downloading or backing up important notes. Before clearing browser data, deleting an account, changing devices or relying on guest mode, you should save separate copies of any important material.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BiNotePads in any way that harms the website, other users, third parties or the integrity of the service. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, overload, disable, damage or disrupt the website.
• Trying to bypass authentication, admin restrictions, rate limits, CSRF protection or security controls.
• Using bots, scrapers, automated tools or excessive requests in a way that harms performance or availability.
• Uploading, storing, sharing or linking to malware, phishing content, scams, spam or deceptive material.
• Using the service to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, affiliation or intent.
• Violating privacy rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights or applicable laws.
• Using the website to create, store or distribute abusive, hateful, exploitative, threatening or illegal content.

7. Text Tools, Exports and Summaries

BiNotePads may provide text tools such as Word Counter, Case Converter, Text Cleaner, Text to PDF and Smart Summarizer. These tools are provided for convenience and general productivity. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, incorrectly formatted or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

The Smart Summarizer may create shorter versions of text by identifying important sentences or patterns. It should not be treated as professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, academic verification or a guaranteed accurate summary. Always review important outputs before using them for school, work, publishing, business, legal, medical or financial purposes.

Export features may depend on browser capabilities, device settings, printer settings, PDF support, file permissions and other technical factors. We do not guarantee that every export will preserve formatting exactly or work the same way on every device.

8. Shared Notes and Public Links

If BiNotePads offers note sharing or public links, you are responsible for what you choose to share. Anyone with access to a public or shared link may be able to view the shared content, depending on how the feature works.

Do not share private, confidential, copyrighted, unlawful or sensitive content unless you have the right and authority to do so. We may remove, disable or restrict shared content if it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, receives valid complaints or harms the service.

9. Advertising and Monetization

BiNotePads may display advertising to support the free availability of the website. Advertising may be provided by Google AdSense or other advertising partners where enabled.

You must not click ads artificially, encourage others to click ads, use automated systems to generate ad impressions or clicks, or interact with advertising in a deceptive way. Ads should not be treated as navigation, editor controls, download buttons, account actions or required steps for using the website.

We aim to keep advertising separate from core tools and navigation so users can understand what is website content and what is advertising. Advertising does not change your ownership of your notes or text content.

10. Privacy, Cookies and Data Deletion

11. Service Availability and Changes

BiNotePads may change, update, suspend, remove or limit features at any time. We may also perform maintenance, fix bugs, improve security, update design, adjust tools or modify account features.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure or compatible with every browser, device, extension or operating system. Some features may work differently depending on browser settings, storage permissions, network conditions or device limitations.

12. Intellectual Property

The BiNotePads name, website design, interface, code, branding, written content, tool structure and other website materials are owned by or licensed to BiNotePads, except for user content and third-party materials. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BiNotePads and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of notes, loss of profits, business interruption, device problems, account issues or reliance on tool outputs.

16. Termination

You may stop using BiNotePads at any time. Registered users may request account deletion through the available data deletion process.
